Hi, I’m a multidisciplinary web developer and designer located in Auckland, New Zealand. I am a lecturer in Digital Media at the Auckland University of Technology (AUT). In the recent past I was adjunct faculty at Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication and a Multimedia Developer at the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs at Ohio University.
I have been a technical editor for two O’Reilly Media books and also do freelance work in CSS, Flash Platform, Drupal, Photography, and related disciplines. I’m an expert user of many Adobe products and am manager of Auckland’s only CS Adobe User Group: Auckland Digital.
Back in 1996 I built my first Web site and since then have enjoyed following the continued maturation of the Internet as a vehicle for spreading knowledge and resources to humanity on a global scale. It feels like a truly revolutionary tool that I’m happy to have seen arrive in my lifetime.
